Grand Haven Outpatient Clinical Director Tom Mullens explores the impact of chemical use, abuse and dependence on victims and their families. The four-week series examines the brain chemistry of addiction as well as the social and psychological factors and conscious and unconscious dimensions of behavioral changes due to chemical dependence.
